What if you could only ask one question of your customers? What would you choose as your question?

Would you ask, “How satisfied are you?”

Maybe it would be, “How likely are you to recommend us?”

Or are you thinking about asking, “Will you buy our product again?”

Fortunately, we rarely have to worry about this scenario. We almost always have the opportunity to ask more than one question. However, what if we don’t?

I’m going to give you hint. None of the above questions (satisfaction, advocacy/NPS, repurchase) are the right question to ask if you can only ask one.

Join myself and Deb Gabor of Sol Marketing as we talk about the right question to ask if you have the time to only ask one.
